The dormitory office is located in the middle of the village, Hahnenstraße 15 (see village map).
It is responsible for: Moving in and out, loss of keys, damage reports, etc.

Outside the office hours mentioned below, the service cannot be guaranteed. If, for example, you have lost your key, it is better to arrive on time.

In the dormitory office of the Kölner Studierendenwerk you can fill in damage reports, for example if something in your apartment is broken, if the heating doesn’t work, if the elevator hangs, if the water isn’t running or if a washing machine has broken again. These reports will be processed by the staff as soon as possible.

For administrative matters, such as relocation or extension requests, please contact the Kölner Studierendenwerk directly. You will find a lot of information and applications on the homepage of the Studierendenwerk.

In urgent emergencies or to make an appointment outside office hours, you can reach the staff of the dormitory office on weekdays as follows:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 am to 15:30 pm & Friday from 09:00 am to 12:30 pm
